Innovation-Clean Energy Economy Pathways (ICEP), Inc.® is a tax-exempt nonprofit and charitable organization that envisions a new workforce. We express that vision by providing direct services that can help build a new workforce able to improve our natural and built environment and health, and promote economic opportunity, equity and development to sustain life.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide innovative workforce training programs for underserved communities. We offer education and technical skills training for youth and adults primarily through a selected community-based organization and trusted partners. We are responding to unmet demand for full participation and career pathways created by investments in improvements to the built environment and public health, the creative arts, and clean energy and other innovative technologies that support those investments. Our services enable underserved youth and adults to improve their lives and community life and well-being. They will represent the new workforce we envision.
